Aico supplies moulds for direct soling process, full plastic production, gumboots and industrial boots according to DIN standards, unit-soles, in-line skating boots, technical items indispensable to the footwear industries using in their manufacturing processes thermoplastic materials such as pvc, tpr, tpu, two-components pu, rubber or cross linking  material alike eva, to be fitted to whatever injection moulding machine, be it standard type or customized to specific personal requirements.

Aico relies on a mould staff with great experience in moulds making, exploiting advanced CAD-CAM systems able to get the finishing touches on any type of moulds either by mechanical engraving or casting process.

All products at Aico are carefully  tested on injection moulding machines in accordance with customer’s requirements.
